“Impact is not just about being physically present; it’s about creating opportunities, sparking ideas, and building systems that empower others to thrive long after you’ve played your part. Whether remotely or on the ground, my goal has been to bridge gaps in education and entrepreneurship, enabling young Africans to envision and pursue futures beyond their immediate horizons. My work therefore ensures resources and knowledge translate into real opportunities on the ground.”

Ashinaga Proposal Topic: Began an initiative to expose Basotho youth to international education opportunities.

I am an education and entrepreneurship advocate who loves designing and delivering impactful programs that empower youth globally.

  • I’ve secured substantial funding and facilitated initiatives that amplify access to quality education and mental health, such as helping Shamiri Institute achieve $1 million in grant funding.

  • From teaching design thinking and entrepreneurial skills to over 80 international students at the Global Scholars Program in Johannesburg to directing the inaugural camp for the Pioneer Africa Scholars in Lesotho, I have honed my skills in leadership, curriculum development, and program execution.

  • Driven by my passion for education, I have also founded a career guidance service in Lesotho to expose Basotho youth to international educational opportunities.
